Robert W North Little Rock , AR February 03, 2020 Appliance: Model MAYTAG HDB4100AWB Wasn't cleaning well and there were tiny shreds of plastic in the holes of the sprayer My husband and I started taking parts off to see what could be wrong with help from the videos. Turned out the housing unit was badly cracked and the underneath part was loose and further tearing up the housing unit. Ordered new parts and replaced them again with videos assistance.
