Bought the seal and nut that fixed the drip and so far the machine is running as it should. Not horribly difficult but not easy to replace this as getting into the area was a pain but holding that pin while pushing the push- on nut was a real witch especially that last bit where it needs to click into the notch but not go all the way to the base but with patience I got it.
I noticed the cable was frayed when I removed the panel below to access bottom of machine. Easy replacing the cable.
grateful you had these parts as we don't want to buy a new dishwasher. We are two people not so we don't use ours to wash dishes just as dry rack but my wife runs the washer to keep it clean and the seals moist. When it stopped running we thought we'd have to buy a new dishwasher it would've been an expensive purchase just to use as a drying rack!
I don't really know how long this took me because I had business calls in the middle of my working on the dishwasher so I clicked 30-60 minutes, I don't think the work took an hour though.
