While investigating lack of water dispensing, I discovered the water in my filter had frozen. After thawing and re-installing filter, I found the filter housing had cracked and was leaking badly. I went right to APP.Com to purchase part. Ordered on Friday afternoon and had part Saturday morning. I had not yet installed part and having temporarily bypassing the filter, I discovered the water had refrozen in the storage tank. Went right back to APP to order new damper assembly. That was Sunday night. Got part Tuesday morning. It is now Tuesday evening and all is well. We have cold water at the touch of a button again. The money I saved by not having to call a repair service makes the water taste that much better.
