At first I thought the water level fill switch might be bad because I was not sure if the hose was plugged in when I opened the panel. Then while waiting for the parts and taking a little more time looking at the schematics in order for the water level fill switch to flood over it would also take the overflow switch to fail as well. I could not recall if the water kept flowing after I unplugged it or not. So I changed the water inlet solenoid assuming it got stuck. Ofcourse after the overflow we ran another 5 loads with out a hitch. I think the problem is now solved but time will tell.
