Replaced the bellow. My model was a bit different from the one in the video, but similar enough to make the repair pretty straightforward. I felt that I had to remove the main front panel in order to access the screw on the inner clamp (mine had a #2 Phillips screw, not a hex head). Turns out I might have been able to do it with the door panel on, but I think it makes the process a lot more comfortable if you go ahead and pull the door panel off. (Four hex screws and a total of 3 Torx screws). When it came time to replace the outer spring band, it took more force than I expected. I really appreciated the tip about holding the spring in with your knee. I used a medium spring hook to help stretch the band over the outer lip of the bellow. The whole repair took a bit more than an hour just because of my lack of familiarity with the job. An experienced tech could probably do it in 30-45 min.
