Replaced valve, after your tech confirmed that was the problem. very helpful,was easy to repair.if need be i will use your services again.thank you very much. p.s. where i purchased the washer at home depot & admiral were of no help because it was a new machine that had been in a box for 15 months.thus out of warranty,tough luck
