Starting off with I made my own problem as I did not replace the filter in over two years.
I started the repair by replacing the filter. Solved it for a couple of days then the issue returned. Then purchased the filter Head from Appliance Parts Pros, who had a very informative video on how to replace the filter Head. After replacing the filter head the issue is gone and has not returned after a few days of use. I'll be replacing the filter regularly from now on.
