Jon N Appleton , WI August 20, 2018 Water was not spraying with any force. Lower spray arm was not turning .I could turn lower spray arm by hand, and motor getting hot Watched your repair video. Ordered part. Followed instructions and took about 20 minutes. Only advice I can give is rubber gasket of pump body was a very tight fit into it's seat in bottom of washer.
