Automatic Temperature Switch was bad. Some reviews said it was the temperature varistor located on the hot and cold inlets but that was wrong. Temperature resister was at 52K which seemed higher then expected. But since it wasn't open, I guessed the ATC switch was bad. My guess was correct. Used a puddy knife to pop open the control console. Released the switch and rotated it 45 deg , removed knob and removed switch. Make sure the 2 clips or placed in the top console then snap down. Both my clips stayed in the washer top. I removed them and snapped them into the console. Then snapped the console back down. It took 20 minutes to diagnose it and 10 minutes to do it.
