I've never repaired an appliance before, but wanted to try to at least diagnose the problem before calling a professional. I started with Google searches to explain why water wasn't going in. First checked the water supply and verified it was OK. The next most likely problem was the inlet valve. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on how to replace this part, decided I should be able to do it myself, and found that the part was under $30. To test my ability, I removed the existing part & had no problem, so I ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com Thursday night. The part arrived on Saturday, and I installed the new part. It worked! I am really glad that I took the time to figure this out myself.
