By Installing a new adjuster kit. The new kit replaces the older all plastic with a some steel and better rollers. Taking the old adjuster kit apart was more difficult than installing the new one. Finding the right combination of release tabs was not easy and no instructions were available. Plus I did not want to destroy the old just in case the new did not fit.
