I ordered the replacement wheels (replaced 3 of the 4). I followed the video instructions to remove the rack by removing the tabs on the end of the rack rails. Then took out the rack, removed the old, broken/damaged wheels; snapped on the new wheels. Slid the rack back on the rails, put the tabs back on the end. Very simple.
