Watched a YouTube video to see how to remove the upper rack and saw how easy it would be to fix.
Ordered the parts, and I found that the entire upper rack should be replaced, however, the dishwasher is very old, so I opted to install the new Roller and Studs and repair the basket. It all works great now, so the dishwasher will be replaced later this year.
