Richard C The Villages , FL March 19, 2017 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW7800XL0 Whirlpool Washer Wtw7800xl0: Whirlpool cabrio washer lid cracked on the hing sides and warped lid wouldn't stay up from what i've read this has been a big problem resulting from a very poor design. How to replace Lid. Ordered new washer lid. Opened lid and removed 2 screws on each side of the lid with a T-15 torx screw driver. Pull lid straight up to remove.
