First, removed the 6 sheet metal screws attaching the access panel behind the dryer control panel. Pulled the start switch knob off. unplugged the two wire harness connectors from switch. Looking at it from the back, gently pulled the plastic retainer back while turning the switch about 30 degrees to the right and out. Reversed the process to install the new switch.
