After viewing some videos, I placed the refrigerator into forced defrost mode. That solved the problem, temporarily. That showed me the problem had to be the electronic control board was bad and not periodically defrosting the refrigerator. Ordered a new board, watched their video, and installed and programmed the new board in less than 30 min.
