Popped off cap on middle of plate inside machine with flathead screwdriver, used a ratchet wrench and socket on bolt, took off plate. Replacement OEM plate was about $88. Got to house in 3 days. Less than an hour total time. Machine was 1 1/2 years old. It had stopped spinning, making noise.
