Looked at repair video that was accessible through appliance parts pros and wanted it a couple times before putting my hands on it. Took it apart step by step and ordered parts once i knew exactly what the problem was and it was obvious that the spider part was broken in a few places so i ordered that and new seal since bearings still looked in good condition. The parts got there in a day but when fed ex delivered they left outside my gate on 10 acre tract at 1130 in morning and some lowlife stole my box not knowing this part would do them no good. I called fedex then appliancepartspros.com and they resent the parts at no charge. Super helpful, knowledgeable and very prompt response from this company. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance parts!!
