First thing I've noticed was a bad smell and slightly slower speed. Next thing I've checked the brushes (they were burned on the edges) that usually guide toward the burned windings on the armature, sometimes even field. Since Appliance Parts asking $13 for the field assembly I've decided to change both Armature and Field.
