Finally figured out it was the Oven Thermal Fuse. It was the easiest fix. Just pulled off the connections from both ends and replaced it with the new one. Turned the breaker back on. Immediately the screen lit up, the lights turned on in the oven when opened . Set the clock. tried the oven and it works like a dream.
My 1999 Whirpool Double Ovens are back working again!!
