I took the cover off and saw that the worm gear was striped. So I went on line to Appliance Parts Pros and looked up the part that I needed.
I saw that if you ordered the part today it will be shipped out today. So I ordered the worm gear and some new grease for the gear box.
The next day I received my order which I was shocked. This mixer gets used everyday for making pizza dough. I had the mixer fixed in no time.
