The repair video was very helpful and important to see - getting the new gasket inserted is where we had difficulty until I realized the two MEN involved in the project, only one who watched the video but paid little attention, and neither looked at the instruction sheet, had not totally removed the old gasket but had actually torn it off leaving gasket material under the lining. After a good half hour struggling with the new insert, I discovered the problem and eliminated it and the replacement proceeded easily.
