Description

This water filter housing replaces the fridge's filter enclosure to help restore sealed water flow to the dispenser and icemaker. It provides the structural mounting and water connections for the replaceable filter cartridge. What it does:

• Holds and seals the replaceable water filter cartridge in the refrigerator water system
• Directs filtered water to the dispenser and icemaker while maintaining a watertight connection
• Can resolve symptoms like leaks at the filter area, reduced water flow, or a filter that won't seat properly
• Works with the existing filter cartridge and line fittings; does not contain the filter media

Install notes:

• Turn off the refrigerator water supply and run the dispenser to relieve pressure before removing the old housing
