Steven V El Cerrito , CA September 21, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer FCCW3000FS1 The pump hose had a tear in it and the water hoses were in bad shape Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Galen D Newburgh , IN August 21, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer FAFS4473LN0 Two of the three paddles in my front loading washer were broken Had to bend down the retaining tabs (on the drum) a little to allow the paddle to slide on. Placed the paddle with the tabs in all of the grooved slots, pushing down with one hand, I used my palm to firmly push/tap it into its locked position. I purchased new vane screws (Part #: AP2106572 "131302800") and used a Phillips driver to screw them in (one each paddle). It's that simple! Stanley N Longwood , FL March 28, 2017 #1 was the top rank holders on my under counter dishwasher had broken taps #2 the front loader washer machine had broken tabs and the panel was crack! #1 Once I received the new taps for the top rank of dishwasher (which fit great) the problem was resolved in minutes. #2 The pieces arrived in a very short and with the help of my phone conversation/ online fix it course it was a done in a quick time. My only problem that I have very little time to dedicate to the repairs but once started it was easy. I will use this method to repair my appliance in the future and have referred them to friends and relatives. On the easy, quickness on receiving parts, and helpfulness of the staff. I'm a believer!
