Description

A small retaining clip that secures the refrigerator drain tube to the cabinet or drain assembly to keep the tube in place and help direct defrost water to the drain pan. Simple replacement for loose or broken clips. What it does:

• Holds the drain tube or drain hose in the correct position to prevent kinks or dislodging
• Helps maintain proper water flow from the defrost/drain channel to the drain pan
• Commonly used when water pools inside the fridge, leaks onto the floor, or drips from the cabinet
• Prevents tube movement that can lead to freeze-ups or overflow at the drain inlet

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the appliance before beginning any service
• Access the clip by removing the rear or interior access panel as required by your model
• Snap the clip over the drain tube and into the cabinet or mounting boss until it seats securely
