Description

This maintop gasket seals the left side of the range cooktop to the chassis, helping contain spills and fumes and ensuring a snug, stable fit. Replace a worn gasket to restore a clean seal and easier cleanup. What it does:

• Seals the left edge of the cooktop/main top to the range body
• Helps contain spills and moisture to prevent leaks below the top
• Maintains proper fit and reduces vibration or rattling
• Replaces torn, flattened, or missing gasket along the left side

What's included:

• 1 left-hand maintop gasket

Install notes:

• Disconnect power; for gas models, also shut off gas. Allow all surfaces to cool.
• Lift or remove the maintop to access the gasket channel.
• Remove the old gasket and residue. Align the new gasket on the left side without stretching; press fully into place.
• Reassemble and verify an even seal before returning the appliance to service. Use cut-resistant gloves—sheet metal edges can be sharp.
