Ge WB56T10187 Oven Door Glass (Wht) OEM Part

With the help of Ms.Kelly Hunt, AppliancePartsPros.com, I was able to locate the correct parts. It took approx. 30 minutes to remove the door and replace the shattered glass and bottom door trim. Replaced our outer glass door with this replacement piece from Appliance Parts Pros.com. Thankful we did this ourselves, it took two of us though. One to hold the glass in place and another to screw it back in place. The piece was a perfect fit.

1) I took off the oven door following the instructions in your video and in a paper that i saw when removing the bottom drawer of the stove. 2) Took out two #15 torx screw from the handle of the door and three 1/4 screw from the bottom separating the glass frame from the door. 3) Clean the frame and removed remains of glass particles from edges. 4) Remove new door glass from package place door glass in a save place use same box where the new oven door glass came in and place it flat in a table to work on top.5) Remove two screws from the bottom of each corner of the frame to open it so i could fit the door glass in its slots making sure it was center.6) I Put back everything in the reverse order of the removal.

We cleaned out the broken glass, unscrewed the sides of the oven door, and put the new glass in place.Tightened the screws for the sides and we were done in less than fifteen minutes. Looks like a brand new stove.

I have zero experience doing anything with trying to fix an appliance.This fix was not too tough at all even for an older lady who loves to try and figure things out for herself.I watched a few videos and the project went pretty well.Not many cuss words at all!
