Joseph T Millsboro , DE February 09, 2020 Front glass on oven door shattered This was absolutely the easiest process I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't call myself "Handy". I mean, I am a Senior Estimator for a very large Construction company and in my younger years, I was a custom carpenter. So while I can not say I am a complete novice, I have never repaired an appliance. I am also a visual learner, so if I am shown something using the right tools, I can repeat the process. My brother can fix anything with any tool, that's not me. So the glass broke. I found the model number on the range and then googled it. I found the part on several websites. This site was hands down the best. The part came right up and even had a quick replacement video which was real easy to follow. They also delivered the next day. I think the price was maybe $15 more than the cheapest I found and $4 more than Amazon however everywhere else wanted $30 shipping to receive the item in a week. Here I got the glass the next day. I have a really cheap Ryobi drill bit set, like $10 or something and a Black and Decker Drill. The video told you exactly what 3 tools you needed and the exact size so if you didn't have them you could ask to borrow or simply purchase them for under $10. Took less than 15 minutes to finish. Extremely easy to do and saved a nice chunk of money. Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers, Screwdrivers

We ordered parts and took out old remaining broken glass and put in the new glass we ordered. We almost threw the whole stove away, but just took a few min to order parts and it only took about 10 min to replace them and now its working like a brand new one. Read More...
