Diana W Woodland Hills , CA August 22, 2016 Thermostat knob was broken wouldn't turn off or go to accurate temperature I removed it and found that the piece that holds the stem from the unit was cracked, (that's why it wouldn't turn correctly or even turn off!), and looked around in town for a replacement. Over and over again the "universal knobs" were all configured wrong and they told me to check online. After a search or two, I found your site and started looking at the thermostat knobs. I quickly figured out that you really need to pay attention to your knob, how the numbers are laid out and the reverse set up of the thing to be sure you're choosing the correct one. (For some reason, my part / model #s wouldn't just come up from the search bar on the site. Actually they wouldn't in Google either, so it must be an obsolete model.) I looked at other sites with parts, and yours is far superior. Your photos are clear and you include the back and side view. This was critical in choosing the right part! Thank you for that, and for the quick shipping. It works great and I'm really happy with the results.
