Ordered the parts from appliance parts pros they came quickly and I really appreciated the how to video on the website. I am generally shocked at how much the springs cost for replacement however, it was the universal going rate through all the websites I searched and appliance pros had the best cost. The springs were difficult to attach but with a little effort and bigger needle nose players they went on. Simple repair, remove lower panel and replace levers, only needed needle nose pliers and a Phillips screwdriver for the lower panel! It took longer to vac out the dust bunnies? I also purchased the parts for the freezer side for future use if needed. I watched the video with my 16 year old daughter (incidentally the same age as the refrigerator) and she said she wanted to do the repair by herself! I provided her with the tools and the parts and less than 20 minutes later she proudly showed me the successful repair! The hardest and most time consuming part was getting the new spring attached!
