Biggest challenge was how to feed the thermostat from the back of the stove into the oven. I found the easiest way is to tie a string onto the existing thermostat in the oven before it is removed. When the existing thermostat is pulled out the back un-tie the string and tie it on the new thermostat then pull the string from in the oven to draw the new thermostat through the hole.
