Description

This roll over slant valve is an authentic OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer designed specifically for Generac portable generators. This valve attaches the hose to the fuel tank to allow fuel to be delivered to the engine during operation. If the valve is damaged or cracked, it should be removed and replaced immediately as this could be a safety hazard. When adding fuel to the generator, if leaks are noticed or the fuel is no getting through the valve to the engine, the slant valve should be inspected and replaced.Remove the spark plug from the generator and siphon the fuel out of the tank before replacing the valve. Disconnect the hose from the valve. Open the fuel tank and remove the valve and grommet. Separate the valve from the grommet and attach the new valve. Reinsert the valve and grommet in the gas tank.
