The Door Gasket Assembly is an OEM replacement part for LG refrigerators. Located around the perimeter of the door, this foam gasket forms an insulating seal when doors close to maintain even interior temperatures.

Causes involve cracks, ruptures or looseness developing in the sealing gasket material from repeated door use over multiple years.

Symptoms of a defective gasket include:
