Description

This door gasket creates an airtight seal between the refrigerator door and cabinet to keep cold air in and humid air out. Replacing a worn gasket helps restore proper temperatures, reduce frost and condensation, and improve efficiency. What it does:

Install notes:

• Unplug the appliance before servicing
• Let the new gasket warm and relax (room temp or warm water) to remove folds

• If your model uses retainer screws, loosen to remove/seat the gasket and retighten snugly—do not overtighten
• Use low heat (hair dryer) to gently smooth waves; verify seal all around (paper-slip test) and adjust hinges/leveling if needed
