Stephanie L Yukon , OK May 12, 2018 Appliance: Model LFX25960SW (ASWCLGA) The gaskets on both sides of my french door refrigerator were tattered and torn. I ordered all three new gaskets from AppliancePartsPros.com. They came quickly, but one was damaged by FedEx (it had been folded in half). I called APP and they had one to my house the NEXT day! I watch the videos on-line then got out my screwdriver. Just like the video shows, it was a couple of pops and the gasket loose to pull out of the channel. Putting on the new one was just as easy as taking off the old one. All three gaskets were replaced in 20-25 minutes. You should know, I'm a 63-year old lady and part of the time to put the on gaskets included me rolling around on the floor to push the freezer door gasket into the channel. Since I was doing this, I went ahead and bought a new freezer door gasket. Total time was maybe 30 minutes! Nancy R Slippery Rock , PA July 04, 2021 Appliance: Kenmore Refrigerator 79577562600 Bad defrost sensor. We followed the video created by Appliance Parts Pros and replaced the defrost sensor. We replaced the gasket just for good measure. The video was so helpful and the refrigerator is humming as normal again! The only difference between our refrigerator and the one in the video was the connecting rod for the lower drawer. We had to push the sliding arms all the way to the back to get the connecting rod back in.
