Brandon August 08, 2019 for Model Number FPHB2899LFB Hi, I'm having issues with my refrigerator. The temperature is not correct and is changing. The freezer is also not holding temp and is changing. I am getting a HI alert on the display then it changes to a temp on the display. The refrigerator temp is 33 and the freezer is 0 but it does not seem to be holding at these temps. The ice maker is working and is producing Ice. I have replaced the thermistor however it did not seem to fix. I was going to replace the main control board next. Do you think this would be best? The control board is an expensive part so I wanted to make sure. Everything else seems to be working, compressor and fan. Thank you for your help.

It would be recommended to verify the actual temperature of the refrigerator and the freezer using a thermometer. Azid July 12, 2017 for Model Number Model No. HGFB2869LFB Part no. 242115240 I BOUGHT A NEW MAIN BOARD and when the Technician installed it every thing was working except the ice maker and water dispenser. Nothing was working causing me to purchase a new Board.
