John March 01, 2019 for Model Number FFHS2622MS3 I'm getting water standing in the refrigerator side of the Frigidaire refrigerator. I assume it's coming from a drain hose. How do I fix it?
1 Answer John, your model will not have a drain in the refrigerator section as it only has an evaporator in the freezer section. However, there is a water reservoir [242220506] that can be located in the refrigerator. This reservoir, or the line running either to it or from it, may be leaking and would need to be inspected to identify where the leak may be coming from. Read More...

A. Camp February 20, 2015 for Model Number FRS26R4AQ5 My Crisper Cover Supports have broken. I found Part PS2358880 & Part PS2358879 that are said to be the front and back supports for the Crisper Cover. The front support that I currently have (that is broken) has a flat ledge and the images of the PS2358880 & PS2358879 seem to have a rounded peg. Are these the correct parts to use? Thanks A Camp
1 Answer A. Camp, The crisper support for your unit 241993101 and 241993001 is correct for your unit. On the original there is also a round peg that has been tapped into the wall for the support. Once you get the old part out and put the new support in you will take a hammer and tap the round peg into the wall as this will be what holds the support in place. When you tap it in it spreads out the flanges in the back so that it does not come out of the wall. Read More...
Danahjowho November 08, 2014 for Model Number FPHC2399PF7A Refrigerator came missing Crisper Support. When I went to install, the retaining pin will simply not be pounded in ... totally fixed and won't budge. Eventually cut it off the front and support seems secure, but I may reinstall if I can figure out how to loosen the pin so that it can be pounded in. The part # is 241993001, and again, the pin seems to be fused and unable to be hammered in. Suggestions? I've tried heating under a lamp and in hot water ... (had several extras) ... still fused. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Danahjowho, You will want to make sure that you are hitting the bottom pin when installing the part. The pins should both be in the out position and one is fixed the other is not. The one that is not will be able to be pushed in. Read More...

Judy December 12, 2012 for Model Number E23CS75DSS1 How do I "drill out" a crisper cover support? You said, "There is a tab on the supports 241993001 that need to be driven in to lock them into place on the unit and secure them to the wall." How do you drill out the broken one and drill in the new one? I am a novice. Thanks! 1 Answer Hello Judy. Using a small drill bit, you will drill out the center of the tab. Only go about 3/4" deep to prevent damage to the unit. Read More...
Richard October 07, 2012 for Model Number FRS26KF6EBE sally's question and answer almost answers my question. i need to know how far in i should drill. i can put a piece of tape on the drill bit to use as a guide to prevent me from drilling too far.
1 Answer Richard, The maximum deoth you want to drill is 3/8 inch. Chances are the remainder of the stud will not need to be drilled that deep, before it deteriorates. Either way, you have to be careful, or you could drill a hole through the side of the refrigerator. Good Luck Read More...
Brad September 02, 2012 for Model Number FRS26R4A Hi -- My crisper support posts resemble part #100 in the list of 24 partial matches on your website, but they don't have two for support the drawer, but one. There is a circular cap-like object where that second post would be, but no post. Does this post I see in the picture normally get removed or pushed in during installation? Also, how do I remove the broken posts?
1 Answer Hello Brad! If the supports are broken, you will have to drill out the tabs to remove the supports. There is a tab on the supports 241993001 that need to be driven in to lock them into place on the unit and secure them to the wall. Thanks! Read More...
Sally S. July 02, 2012 for Model Number FRS6LF7FWO Crisper support broke in half the flat surface of the holder against fridge still in place but two tiny holes in fridge wall. How do you take it off to replace supporter ?
1 Answer Hello Sally. There is a locking tab on the supports, that has to be driven down to lock the supports 241993001 to the wall. If the supports are broken, you will have to drill out the tabs to remove the supports. You need to be careful when doing this. If you drill to far, you can damage the cabinet and possibly the sealed system if you are close to the yoder loop in the unit. Read More...
