1 Answer Hello Ed! If the unit is not draining properly it could cause the unit to start leaking due to too much water being inside the unit. Check your pump and the drain hoses to make sure that nothing is obstructing the two. Also make sure that the garbage disposal/sink area the dishwasher is hooked up to is not clogged as well. 1 Answer Hello Charles! Make sure you are getting the correct amount of water in the unit. Let the unit fill and then open the door. The water should be touching the heating element. If it is not, you would have some sort of filling problem with the unit which would cause the top rack items to not get cleaned properly due to poor water pressure. Tom J. March 18, 2011 for Model Number FDB949GFS2 I have a Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher, 900 Series. It will not drain. After a wash cycle is done and the door is open there is still alot of water in the bottom of the tub (where it almost runs out of the door when it is opened). I have checked the waste line and the bottom of the tub under the screen. There is no food or trash, it is clean and clear. If I need parts, which parts do I need? Help and Thanks again!
