I ordered one with matching numbers from another site, but when it arrived it didn't fit. I'm skeptical to order another until sure it will fit. I see the one you have on your website and it looks like it should - needs to have a space on the lower rack so it can roll over the sprayer. Can you please confirm if this part will be compatible? Tony May 25, 2019 for Model Number MAYTAG MQB7100AWB I have a Maytag Dishwasher works well but racks are rusting. I was told that the Nylon coated rack last longer with the softened well water. I'm aware that items change throughout the years but just slightly worried that it will not fit at all. Also, has anyone told you that it is nearly impossible to see the trays with the mesh background. Have no idea whos idea that was but a bad at that. If someone can verify the fit would be appreciated. I have pictures if it would help.

Tom May 01, 2014 for Model Number FDR252RBB2 In 1997-1998 I bought a Frigidaire 18" dishwasher. It didn't last seven years. The pump area rusted out and I had water flooding into my basement. It wasn't worth it to repair so I just bought another Frigidaire 18" dishwasher Model #FDR252RBB2. The lower dish rack has been rusting for about a year and a half and I finally decided to replace it. I went to your website and didn't see an option to order replacements parts from you online so I went to an online site and ordered the part from them. I received it and it is a different design than the original and it is smaller. The original is 14.5 x 22 and the new design is 14.5 x 18. Plus I am unable to figure out where the silverware basket goes and your customer service person that I spoke to was not able to tell me where the silverware baskets is suppose to fit. I am very disappointed and I am beginning to wonder if it is time to replace this dishwasher. That would be a shame, since the first dishwasher lasted less than eight years and now my current dishwasher is going to be replaced less than eight years from purchase. I would like an answer why your products have a short life span and why I can't get original parts. Tom B.
1 Answer Tom, according to the model number given the lower dishrack needed for your appliance is part number 5304467883. This lower dishrack, when ordered, should have came with the replacement silverware basket which is part number 5304461023. The silverware basket installs on the center front of the dishrack as shown in our image of part number 5304467883. The first rack Sears sent was for the wrong dishwasher. The second rack Sears sent is part number 5304467883. This rack is slightly too narrow and falls to the bottom when pushed in or pulled out. Your parts person and Sears have both advised this is the only lower replacement rack available. Do you have any recommendations since this part does not really fit? I do not see myself always struggling to pick up a loaded lower rack that has fallen to the bottom.
