Geoff October 16, 2016 for Model Number 790.46613500 How do I know if an element is bad vs. the electronic surface element control? No heat on 15B# (318297803), but ESEC says hi and all elements on control indicate on. Red light stays on (indicating Hot) and only goes off after shutting off power to unit.
