Bill November 19, 2020 for Model Number PHS69EHSS3 When I put my model number in it says it’s compatible with my fridge but the size it says isn’t the size of glass mine takes. My glass insert area is 15 1/4 by 17 1/4 so do you have the glass for that size?
1 Answer Hello Bill, Please disregard the compatibility tool at this time. It is in work and if the manufacturer has crossed a part from the original manufacturers' parts list, it will not recognize them. With this part as an example, the original part number on the manufacturers' parts list was 240350667. The manufacturer changed the part number to 240350604. The fact that the manufacturer has changed the part number from the one on the original manufacturers' parts list is the reason our system does not recognize the part as correct. Al H. December 18, 2012 for Model Number PLHS69EGSS1 Please confirm that the dimensions for item AP2115951/frigidare PN 240350667, freezer shelf, upper, are about 15 3/4" L X 11 1/2" W as indicated from your catalog photograph (assuming that those are 1" squares).
