1 Answer Hello Ana. To install the defrost heater 242044008 you need to disconnect the power and remove the back freezer wall in the unit. Once the back wall is removed, you will slightly pull out the bottom of the evaporator coils being careful not to brake the lines and remove the clips securing the heater. Once removed, unplug the heater and work it out of the coils. Install the new heater in reverse order. Read More...
