Mark K. for Model Number EW23CS65GS2

Making improvements in reducing the drips on the dispenser tray but have not eliminated them yet. Replaced the valve on the back of the unit (AP5671757). Then replaced the Module-dispenser (AP4527312). Door appears to slam shut securely when the lever is released, and from the inside of the door appears to be closed properly. When I do look up the chute, I continue to see condensation. Not as bad as previously, but still requires wiping up once or twice per day whether it be in the evening or during the day. Freezer at 0, refrigerator at 40 degrees.

1 Answer

Hello Mark, The condensation in the ice chute proves that the ice door cannot be seating properly.
