Madeleine K July 27, 2016 for Model Number FES365EQC I was cleaning the pad and the oven placed itself in the lock mode. I get the code F90. I was able to open the oven, however I cant clear anything and it keeps beeping. After disconnected the power, I remove the motor latch assembly and put it back hoping to reset everything but it still gives me the error code and still beeps continuously. Can I remove the motor latch assembly and use the oven safely to cook only until I order the part # AP5650622?
1 Answer Madeleine, The latch motor cannot be removed and be able to operate the oven as the switches would not show whether they are open or closed and would trigger the error code as well. Read More...
Nelson L April 23, 2016 for Model Number 790.48782901 My wife did a cleaning, full cycle. Now, when the oven is turned on, the circulation fan vibrates very badly. What do I need to replace? The temperature management is also unreliable. I am currently planning to replace the temp sensor in the oven. I am I on the right track in this respect?
1 Answer Nelson, For the temperature issue, the oven sensor would be the correct part to check or replace first. As for the fan motor vibrating the motor would be the issue with the unit and would be part number 318575603. Read More...
Jason March 28, 2015 for Model Number FEB30T5DBD This is a double wall oven, the top oven have two heating elements, when turned on them top get warm, the bottom does not. I replaced the bottom heating element, and the heating probe in the top left corner, yet still the element does not work, any ideas??
1 Answer Jason, The most likely cause for the bake element not working in the upper oven is a bad relay control board. The part number for the relay board is 316443903. Read More...
Scott December 12, 2013 for Model Number Frigidaire ples389ecc The oven accidentally got put into cleaning mode. We stopped the cleaning, but since then the stove top is locked out. Oven is working fine. There is a lock button on the screen and all eye buttons have two dashes. I have tried resetting the breaker, but still the same. Any suggestions? Thanks, Scott
1 Answer Hello Scott. If the unit does not clear, Frigidaire suggest both the lock 318261230 and the control board 316418735 be replaced on the unit. The lock shorted the clock and thus the condition it is in now. Read More...

1 Answer Eric, We'll send you the basic access information, You'll need to remove the control panel and control assembly to access the S/C door latch switch and wiring. We won't be able to assist with the parts(apparently you're located in Canada) but you should be able to access the components. Thanks Read More...
C.A. L. January 27, 2012 for Model Number FES365ESC elec. range Unfortunately, I leaned over the range top to paint. It beeped & now gives an audible alarm & "F90" on the panel. Nothing stops the beeping along with the failure mode code F90. Then it shows "DR" (door lock?). Nothing stops this. Would like to know what F90 means and what part(s) we would need? Appreciate your past good service. Thanks much. C.L.
1 Answer Hello! The F90 indicates the maximum oven door unlock time exceeded. Here is how to troubleshoot the issue, hope it helps! 1. Check the wiring between EOC & Lock Motor Micro Switch. 2. Replace the Motor Door Latch assembly if necessary, part number 318261230. 3. Check for binding of the Latch Cam, Lock Motor Rod & Lock Motor Cam. 4. Check to see if Lock Motor Coil is open. If open, replace Lock Motor Assembly, part number 318261230. 5. Lock Motor continuously runs - if Micro Switch is open, replace Lock Motor Assembly, part number 318261230. 6. If all situations above do not solve problem, replace EOC part number 318414214. Read More...
