Timothy, You can check all the door switches for continuity,Reading should change with microswitch button pressed and open.Possibly could be an user interface shorted and unfortunately those parts are no longer available.I suggest if you find a faulty door switch you replace all three.Part # is [5304408937] and 5304408938 times 2

Rich, With the motor not working previously then you will most likely need to replace the fan. You will also want to test each of the thermal fuses in the unit as one of them has most likely failed. Test them for continuity and if there is no continuity then it needs to be replaced.

Elaine, Normally when there is a pop and the unit stops heating the issue would be the diode popping. The part number needed would be 5304468869.

George, If the turn table motor is not running then you will want to check to make sure that it is getting 120 vac to the motor. If so then the motor is bad.

Hello Kathleen, I would put a glass of water in the unit to serve as a load so the magnetron doesn't get damaged and turn the unit on after accessing the motor and removing the harness from it. If you get 120Vac across the terminals for the motor, the motor has failed. If not, either the control board is bad or the wiring between the control board and the turntable motor is open or shorted.

Hello Paul! The turntable motor is part number 5304440021. The unit should not have to be moved from the wall. Here is the typical turntable motor instructions, hope it helps! 1. Disconnect power. 2. Remove the three screws at the assy base bottom. 3. Remove the plastic cover (fixed with a screw) that covers the motor. 4. Remove all of the wires connected. 5. Remove a screw from the motor. 6. Turn the motor to the right and remove it. 7. After replacing the motor, re-install it on the accurate position of the coupler. 8. Assemble in the reverse order.
