Robin July 21, 2011 for Model Number GLEF378CSD I have had continual serious issues with the handle staying on the door of my oven. It usually comes off when I have something in the oven and the door is HOT. This has been an ongoing problem since purcahse. I had reported the problem and a service tech came out and changed the handle out with new screws. Same size screws through..... ie same serious issue. Is this part the original size screw or has fridigdaire become aware of this potentially dangerous issue and replaced it with a longer one? If not, whom can I "talk" to regarding this problem with regards to a longer length screw. Thanks
