Ck June 09, 2012 for Model Number FFTR1814LB9 I purchased a brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer and it does not have a shelf in the freezer. I need one for the full width of the freezer. There are holes on the sides of the freezer compartment for the shelf. The holes measure 12.75" apart on the wall and the width of the freezer is 23.75" Depth is 14.5" to the door bracket. I also was disappointed that I have only two removable wire shelves and would really like another one. The shelf measures 25.5" X 16.5". I'd appreciate your help. Thank you, CK
