Jim July 22, 2015 for Model Number FEC6X9XCBD One of the control switches is pushed down below the level of the cook top when I try to put the knob on it just pushes down so I can not turn that burner on or off and the light that shows one of the burners is hot stays on can that be fixed.
1 Answer Jim, It sounds like there is an issue with switch for the burner that the hot indicator is staying on. Also it sounds like the screws that hold the switch may have come loose and causing it to push in.
