December 30, 2013 for Model Number FDB4315LFS3 Frigidaire dishwasher I keep getting error messages (ERR with multiple lights) I have reset power, problem corrected for weeks and then started all over again. Reset multiple times, checked wiring etc... Still having the problem. It goes to normal wash, have tried cycling through and goes to ERR during cycles. Can not run the Water/service Test cycle at all. I suspect either the Control board or the Console. Where do you suggest I start. Thamks

The ERR code and your description indicate the keypad circuits are degrading and malfunctioning, "Membrane Switch failure - When the control verifies that any of the pads on the membrane switch has been closed for one minute the failure will appear in the display". Linda November 22, 2013 I have a Frigidaire gallery dishwasher and when I push the start button it says CL, I have no sound at all either.

Casey G. December 10, 2011 I just received part ap429875 (control assembly) for dishwasher model gld4355rfs0 and need to replace it. What is best way to do this?
1 Answer Hi Casey. Remove power. Open the door and remove the inner console screws on back of the console area. You may need to purchase and use a "security" type of torx- bit. It can either be a T-15 or a T-20 size bit. The security screws are used to keep it safe from a live 120 vac switch and control board entry. The security screw is the one that has a dimple in the center of the head of the screw so you cannot enter it with a regular torx type screwdriver. You can remove a regular torx. screw and take it to the local hardware shop to get the correct size security bit. Once off you can remove the control board , and mount.
