Se November 21, 2016 for Model Number WR9X483 I want to order the part but I am not sure if you will ship to Canada?
Coni August 09, 2016 for Model Number ZISS36DCASS A technician installed a defrost timer in my refrigerator using #WR9X483, however I continue to have problems with defrost or clicking sound he says this is the correct one to use. But I just got on your site and it says this is not compatiable that I need WR9X502, now I dont know what to do, Please Help. Thanks
1 Answer Coni, While the defrost timer that the technician put in is not showing for your model it would be compatible as it is the same type of timer and functionally works the same. If the timer is making a ticking noise then it is very possible that you may have gotten a bad timer. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Darrell, I'm sorry but this problem description is not specific enough to determine the issue. If the water is under the unit check the water valve and the defrost drain. If inside the unit you should check the defrost drain and the water lines. For a more specific diagnosis, please post a new question with a more detailed description of the problem. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...

Doris D. December 24, 2014 for Model Number GTS18TBSAWW It continues to drip water from the freezer compartment. I collect this water in a glass and empty when needed, approximately every other day. What is causing this?
1 Answer Doris, You'll need to remove the evaporator cover (freezer back wall) and check the defrost drain opening for a blockage or restriction. Instead of the defrost water draining down the tube and into the compressor compartment, it is overflowing and dripping down the air tunnel and into the refrigerator. Read More...

Joe August 14, 2014 for Model Number tcx18pacbrww The refrigerator fan wll quit blowing in the ref unit and coils freeze over under bottom shelf. Unit quits cooling, freezer unit stays cold. ice maker is ok. We defrost coils with a hair dryer and it will work ok for a few weeks and then does it again. Is it the defrost time or control board?
1 Answer Joe, It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the back wall of the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. Once the problem is repaired, you will need to thaw out the ice on the coils before the unit will operate properly. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Dennis December 25, 2013 for Model Number 25378249800 I have a problem refrigerators not cooling, change the temp control the new one does the same thing. You can tap on the control it will run until it gets cold then shut down and will not start back. until you tap on it again.
1 Answer Hello Dennis. If that is happening, then the wiring in the unit going to the control is bad. Look for loose or bad connections on the unit. If all is good, see if the timer is sticking on the unit. If so, replace the timer. Read More...
